Changed your mind? Return unworn, unwashed socks in their original packaging within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Email love@lovesockcompany.com to start your return.
- We'll send a prepaid shipping label. Print it and attach it to your package.
- Drop it off at any shipping location and keep your tracking number.
- Once we receive and check your return, your refund is processed within 5 business days. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Something wrong with your socks?
If a pair has a hole, a loose seam or another manufacturing flaw within 60 days of delivery, email us a photo with your order number. We'll send a replacement or store credit for that pair, with no need to send it back.
Orders under $25
We'll give store credit for what you paid instead of a mailed return.
Keep-the-socks store credit is limited to once per customer every 12 months, and store credit is valid for 12 months. Worn socks without a flaw, final sale items, gift cards and personalized products can't be returned. Full details: Return Policy.
