Returns policy and refunds
We will refund the full value of any product(s) purchased, provided the conditions below are met:
1) Contact customer service at email@example.com with your return request to ensure a fast and correct process, stating which products you wish to return and the reason for your return. Customer service will email you the nearest Love Sock Company return address. Your feedback helps us improve our products and services!
2)You must return the product(s) to us within 30 days of receipt of your order.
3) Send your items unworn, in the same condition you received them and with any labels and packaging intact along with your order number. We cannot accept returns of opened/worn/"just tried on" products. Returned items which have been opened will be disposed of and no credit will be issued.
4) For exchanges, please clarify the alternative product by specifying item name or SKU and size. (please note that exchanges must be for applicable products of equal or lesser value)
As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will process your request and send you an email confirmation.
Please note that, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the cost of delivery, neither of your original order nor the return.
We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
