We aim to ship all goods within 1 business day of receipt of order. Deliveries are shipped Monday thru Friday. Any order over $50 ships for free in the USA.

**Free Returns**

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 60 days of receiving your order. Simply follow our easy return process:

1. **Initiate a Return:** Contact our customer service team at love@lovesockcompany.com to start the return process.

2. **Print Your Label:** Once your return is approved, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Print it and attach it to your return package.

3. **Ship It Back:** Drop your package off at the nearest shipping location. Make sure to keep your tracking number for reference.

4. **Get Your Refund:** Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Unfortunately we can not refund the original shipping cost. 

**Important Notes:**

- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

- Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are non-returnable.
